Digital PR dan Komunikasi Inklusif PT Indonesia Power UBP Kamojang untuk Komunitas Rentan di Kawasan PLTP Gunung Salak

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi komunikasi corporate social responsibility (CSR) PT Indonesia Power UBP Kamojang dalam membangun kemitraan dengan komunitas rentan di daerah blank spot sinyal sekitar PLTP Gunung Salak. Metode kualitatif deskriptif diterapkan melalui wawancara mendalam, studi dokumen, dan observasi lapangan. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa perusahaan mengadopsi pendekatan hybrid digital-luring dan kolaborasi multistakeholder untuk mengatasi kesenjangan digital dan sosial. Strategi ini mencakup forum diskusi partisipatif, kemitraan dengan BUMDes sebagai perantara informasi, serta program pemberdayaan berbasis kebutuhan lokal. Implementasi prinsip ESG dan triple bottom line (3P) terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan shared value dan memperkuat social license to operate perusahaan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model komunikasi inklusif berbasis hybrid dan kolaborasi menjadi kunci keberhasilan CSR di daerah terpencil. Rekomendasi mencakup penguatan kapasitas digital komunitas, institusionalisasi forum multistakeholder, serta pengembangan metrik pengukuran dampak yang terstandardisasi.
