Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena desentralisasi komunitas virtual pada ekosistem audiens Instagram Saker VINDES CORP, yang bertransformasi dari audiens pasif menjadi kelompok-kelompok sub-kultur digital yang mandiri. Menggunakan metode analisis isi kualitatif terhadap unggahan di tiga akun Instagram sub-kultur, yaitu @klublarisaker, @sakerf1club, dan @sakertamiyaclub, penelitian ini dibedah menggunakan kerangka teori Community of Practice yang berfokus pada tiga dimensi: domain, community, dan practice. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga komunitas berhasil mencapai pada konteks otonomi dalam mengelola masing-masing komunitas yang dibentuk. Pada dimensi domain, masing-masing sub-kultur menetapkan batasan pengetahuan (knowledge boundaries) yang spesifik dan terpisah dari narasi utama dari perusahaan VINDES CORP. Pada dimensi community, platform media sosial dimanfaatkan untuk membangun komunikasi horizontal yang memicu keterikatan timbal balik (mutual engagement), aktivitas kolektif, dan rasa saling memiliki (sense of belonging). Pada dimensi practice, kemandirian ini ditandai oleh terbentuknya perbendaharaan bersama (shared repertoire), panduan taktis, dan rutinitas proses belajar bersama (collective learning). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah keterbatasan interaksi dua arah pada akun @vindes.ig sebagai akun utama dari VINDES CORP justru mendorong fragmentasi sub-kultur yang positif, di mana audiens berdaya untuk mengonstruksi identitas komunal dan ruang interaksinya sendiri secara desentralistik melalui akun-akun sub-kultur yang saat ini dikembangkan oleh Saker VINDES CORP.
