Article Processing Charge (APC)

As a newly established journal, JICEE currently operates on a no-fee publishing model: authors are not charged for manuscript processing, peer review, editing, production, or online hosting. [This policy will be reviewed by the Editorial Board as the journal matures and pursues formal accreditation; any future fee structure will be published transparently on this page well in advance of implementation.]

Where applicable in the future, any Article Processing Charge would be intended strictly to sustain the journal's open-access operations — covering peer review coordination, copyediting, DOI registration, plagiarism screening, and permanent online hosting — and would never influence editorial decisions on manuscript acceptance.
