Article Template

All manuscripts submitted to JICEE must be prepared using the official JICEE article template, available in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.

Why the Template Is Mandatory. The template is designed to ensure that every submission follows a consistent layout, heading structure, and citation format from the outset, reducing the likelihood of formatting-related delays during the review and production process.

How to Use the Template

  1. Download the official JICEE article template from the link below.
  2. Save a copy of the template to your own device.
  3. Write your manuscript directly within the template, following its structure for headings, abstract, keywords, tables, figures, and references, rather than copying text into the template after the fact.

File Naming Convention. When saving your manuscript file for submission, use the format: Manuscript_[Corresponding Author Surname]_[Short Title]. This convention allows the editorial secretariat to identify and track submissions efficiently.
