Submission Information

Before You Submit

• Ensure your manuscript follows the official JICEE article template and complies with the Author Guidelines.
• Confirm that your reference list meets the minimum citation requirements and follows APA 7th edition style.
• Prepare any required declarations (conflict of interest, generative AI use) for inclusion in the manuscript.

Technical Requirements

• File format: Microsoft Word (.docx) only.
• Manuscript length: 6–12 pages.
• Language: English.

Publication Fees

JICEE does not currently charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscript submission, review, or publication. [To be confirmed and formally adopted by the Editorial Board as journal policy.]

Legal and Privacy Commitments

• By submitting a manuscript, authors agree to JICEE's copyright and licensing terms under CC BY-SA 4.0 (see Copyright and Licensing).
• Personal information collected during submission (such as author names and email addresses) is used solely for journal administration purposes and is never shared with third parties (see Privacy Statement).
